They model themselves after groups such as En Vogue, Pussycat Dolls, Danity Kane and Destiny’s Child.
Stephany Negrete with her soulful and showy yet edgy voice is an outstanding compliment to Amy Monzon’s high range and powerfully sweet tone. For more info…
Benjamin Rush (January 4, 1746 [O.S. December 24, 1745] – April 19, 1813) was a Founding Father of the United States. Rush lived in the state of Pennsylvania and was a physician, writer, educator, humanitarian and a Christian Universalist,[1] as well as the founder of Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Rush was a signatory of the Declaration of Independence and attended the Continental Congress. He served as Surgeon General in the Continental army, and was an opponent of Gen. George Washington.[2] Later in life, he became a professor of chemistry, medical theory, and clinical practice at the University of Pennsylvania.[3] Despite having a wide influence on the development of American government, he is not as widely known as many of his American contemporaries. Rush was also an early opponent of slavery and capital punishment.
Despite his great contributions to early American society, Rush may be more famous today as the man who, in 1812, helped reconcile the friendship of Thomas Jefferson and John Adams by encouraging the two former Presidents to resume writing to each other.

Smokey Robinson video shoot with JD247 / HMMAs
by JD247 on Sep.01, 2011, under Events, HMMA’s Indie Thursday Showcase, Interviews, Reviews, Shows
The HMMA was contacted over the weekend and asked to facilitate a video shoot of Smokey Robinson, Motown’s legendary singer and songwriter, for the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame. The video will be used on the MDA’s telethon this Labor Day (Sept 4th) to introduce another songwriting legend, Jimmy Webb. Jett Dunlap, HMMA’s official media correspondent & video host, rallied at the last minute to pull together the crew for this shoot. A Public Service Announcement video was also shot, promoting Smokey Robinson’s upcoming celebrity golf tournament benefiting the foundation, Save Africa’s Children.
