SAG-AFTRA Like it or Hate it, Vote passes with over 80% on both sides!!

If you are a working actor, then you know for what seems like forever the only conversation going on behind sound-stages and on set has been the merger of SAG-AFTRA. There was a great amount of passion on both sides of this conversation from background actors to the A list. On March 30th, 2011 at 1:30pm, the votes were counted and the announcement was made by the two union presidents on an internet livestream to over 6,000 anxious viewers. Finally, the votes have come through and the unions have joined; now we can all go back to complaining about production the way it is meant to be…
