awesome job, chris! alternating walking and running actually decreases muscle fatigue and builds endurance.
i also find the runkeeper app is pretty darn useful at tracking my running using gps. it gives you your pace, and accurate distance. i think it’s free right now, too.

Love the new video!! A very sexy b***** you are..lol.. I shared your videos with friends who have been inspired by your story and have reposted on there walls to inspire others. I was working out before and with the holidays lost my motivation. Watching your videos and listening to your story has motivated and pushed myself to start back up again. I have got back in contact with a group of friends I used to work out with and who helped keep me motivated and on track. We start back today!! So here is to my day ZERO!! Thanks again and Ill be looking to you and your videos for helpful hints and encouragement!! Great Job Mr. Coy!!!

Hey I saw your story on Irene’s facebook, and i must say i was pretty inspired. i have been trying to lose weight for some time now and i havent been successfull. seeing this video gave me the the motivation i needed! so thanks! good luck on your journey!
