From ‘today when I was at the office I took the stairs, not the elevator,’ to ‘today I ran 2 miles for the first time in my life’.
I have been in the Fitness business for 10 years, and I feel that it is only through celebrating our victories that we feel the pressure to stay fit.
We must attempt something very difficult, we need to make the feeling of being in shape more desirable then the great taste of unhealthy foods.
