This Run’s for you! Jett’s 20 Mile run

Today when I started my run, I decided I wanted this run to hurt the way it does for all people first starting out. I was feeling a connection to all of the great individuals emailing me about the first days of their fitness journey. I wanted to feel a little bit of what they are feeling right now; that burn and that stiffness in your legs that cries to you “turn back, we can’t do this!!”
So this Run’s for you!!

Thank you so much, bro! That is very encouraging and I appreciate the shout-out! I’m on my 11th day running, and I just weighed in at 187 from where I was a week-and-a-half ago at 196! Thanks for the motivation!
